A little bit about my story…

When I was diagnosed in the early 2000s as an adult, I couldn’t find much information about ADHD because society wasn’t accepting of neurodiversity. I had so much misinformation and myths about ADHD, and I couldn’t research online or talk to others experiencing the same thing. Shame and stigma prevented many from talking about ADHD.

So then, I started going to trained mental health professionals to receive proper treatment for my ADHD. I’ve been going to therapy once a week for over 20 years! I also started using coping strategies that fit my ADHD symptoms. I started meeting like-minded people as well.

Now, I embrace my ADHD. I am compassionate to myself and others. Whenever my ADHD symptoms cause me to make mistakes, I am kinder to myself. Whenever others are less understanding of my ADHD, I am more forgiving.

My kids call me "The Best Mom Ever!" Their words are the only “5-Star Review” that matters.

When others see me as a thriving ADHD mom, they feel inspired by the possibilities available for them to thrive as well.

I invite you to connect with me through our ADHD Simplifiers community, where I share EVERYTHING I have learned for over two decades about ADHD. So you don’t have to experience my hardships or wait 20 years to reach your potential like I did. There, I condense my hard-earned wisdom into simplified resources while being your No. 1 supporter!

You, too, can thrive on your terms.
