A little bit about Katherine…
Katherine Lizardo, Esq. is a TEDx and professional speaker, seasoned lawyer, founder of ADHD Life Simplified, and a thriving ADHD mompreneur of two amazing boys.
For over two decades, she has blended professional expertise with lived experience to build a thriving home and career.
Now, she guides ADHD moms and their families in building emotionally healthy homes and businesses.
She leads two FREE communities on the Skool platform:
Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs, a global space for moms with ADHD to simplify life and business with compassion, and
Law Skool, an innovative platform for law students that uniquely supports neurodivergent students (especially those with ADHD).
Both reflect Katherine’s mission of raising emotionally healthy neurodivergent families by building systems, support, and self-compassion that last across generations.
Her work has been featured on national and international media outlets, and she is most proud of being called “The Best Mom Ever!” by her two children.
