Hi! 🙋♀️ My name is Katherine Lizardo.
I'm a thriving ADHD Mom, professional speaker, and lawyer.💚
I'm also known for my proudest title - "Best Mom Ever!" - given by my two boys whom I adore!

After my diagnosis in the early 2000s, I felt alone in my ADHD journey, apart from my doctors, therapists, and husband.
I didn't know anyone else with ADHD for a long time because no one talked about it openly, fearing shaming and stigma. 😔
I deeply understand feeling isolated and not having anyone to share stories and experiences with—especially about medication, treatment, tools, and resources.
Last year I founded my mission-driven company, ADHD Life Simplified for Moms with ADHD. As it’s extension, I recently created the ADHD Simplifiers Community.
ADHD Simplifiers is an online community for ADHD Moms and families, as well as ADHD supporters.
It's a safe space for members to be themselves without fear of being shamed or judged.
It's a supportive environment to collaborate and cultivate with like-minded ADHDers who accept and understand what they are going through.
ADHD Simplifiers is the beginning of a Vision greater than myself: a heart-centered, culturally sensitive, and safe world for ADHD Moms and their families to navigate and celebrate their neurodiversity free of shame, stigma, and judgment.
